NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
WEST NIPISSING PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
TAKE NOTICE that the West Nipissing Planning Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Monday, April 16th, 2018 at 6 p.m. in the Library Auditorium of the West Nipissing Municipal Office (lower level, 225 Holditch Street, Sturgeon Falls) in order to consider a proposed amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2014-45 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, RSO 1990.
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the zoning amendment is as follows:
Rezone a portion of the property (150m fronting on Railway Street) municipally known as 281 Coursol Road from C2 (Highway Commercial) to R4 (Residential Four) to permit the development of multi-residential housing.
