Snowshoeing and Skiing

Trails are now open for the season.

Hours of Operation (Wednesday to Sunday: 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The Municipality of West Nipissing offers to great locations to snowshoe and cross country ski.  The West Nipissing Nordic Ski and the Sturgeon River House Museum offer great snowshoeing trails.

The West Nipissing Nordic Cross-Country Ski Club is part of the Sturgeon Falls Rod & Gun Club

The club has a heated chalet and new groomed and track-set trails for your skiing enjoyment.

Trails are open 5 days a week (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00am to 3:30pm

Day Passes:
Adults – $10
Students (12 to 18 years old) - $5
Child (11 years and under) - $3

Equipment Rentals:
Adults – $5
Students (12 to 18 years old) - $3
Child (11 years and under) - $2

After January 1st, you can pay your membership at the West Nipissing Nordic Cross-Country Ski Club.
