2. All groups and individuals receiving free use of our facilities and involving a liquor license must provide proof of a third party insurance naming the Municipality as an additional insured of no less than 1 million dollars at the expense of the lessee.
3. A deposit of 50% of any Hall rental fees is required unpont the Rental Agreement.
4. Refunds of deposits less a $30.00 administration fee will be made notice of cancellation if received 30 days or more prior to booking.
5. Community Non- Profit groups requesting facilities from the Community Services Department for meetings will not be charged.
6. The same Non-Profit groups operating fundraising events will be evaluated on an individual basis.
7. The Department under these circumstances will negotiate a fee for the set-up and clean up of the facilities.

Schools per person: $2.50 (to a maximum cost of $107.00)

All ice rentals not subject to invoicing must be paid by 4:00pm on the rental date. All weekend rentals not subject to invoicing must be paid by 4:30pm Friday. If payment is not received by times mentioned the ice rental will be cancelled.

Baseball Fields

Tournament Package (Includes 3 Ball Fields) $430.00

Ball Fields : $137.00

  • Adult teams playing in the West Nipissing fields will pay $127.00 per team, per season.
  • This also includes any played under lights. This fee will help cover costs of maintenance.
  • Field privileges include use of scoreboard and lights during scheduled games. Exibition games and practices as scheduled.
  • NOTE: Field preparation will not be provided on weeknds or for tournaments.
  • There is no charge for minor sports organizations using these facilities
  • Any function renting these facilities involving a liquor license must provide proof of third party liability insurance naming the municipality as an additional insured of no less than 1 million dollars at the expense of the rentee
