The Corporate Services Department advises the Chief Administrative Officer and council on the status of the municipality's finances, and actions required to meet financial obligations and objectives.
Treasury and Human Resources provide the following services:

- Capital and Operating Budget
- Preparation of Payroll
- Tax Billing and Collections
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Answer general inquiries from ratepayers.
